Terms & Conditions

  1. Customer undertakes to release payments as per agreed terms without any delays.
  2. All goods will be delivered to the customer according to their official purchase order.
  3. Once invoice is signed and stamped by the customer/representatives, there should not be any protests on quantity or price.
  4. Once goods are delivered as per customer specifications, there will be no returns accepted.
  5. Any payment disputes should be formally resolved with adequate supporting evidences.
  6. Related cost of any legal proceedings on breach of contract or non-payment will be recovered from the concerned customer.

I/We hereby declare that the above details provided are true and correct. We agreed to the terms & conditions of the Credit Agreement, and also hereby assure to abide by the prevailing laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

⚠️ Important Note

Payments should be made in favor of ECOMASTER COMPANY LIMITED and to its OFFICIAL BANK ACCOUNTS only. There will be no disputes on payments accepted if the copies of the receipt vouchers are not presented.
